SlopTotal is a free AI content detection tool that analyses text using 23 independent detection engines. The service is provided as-is for informational purposes only.

No guarantees of accuracy

AI detection is an inherently imperfect process. SlopTotal's results are probabilistic estimates, not definitive judgements. Do not use SlopTotal scores as the sole basis for academic, legal, employment, or disciplinary decisions. False positives and false negatives can and do occur across all detection engines.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not have the right to analyse
• Use automated scripts to overload the service (rate limits are enforced)
• Misrepresent SlopTotal results as authoritative proof of AI authorship
• Use the service for harassment, discrimination, or intimidation

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the text you submit. SlopTotal does not claim ownership of your content. Analysis results and report URLs may be freely shared.

Availability

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

SlopTotal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the maintainers be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to inaccurate detection results.
